Super Firetemp and Super Calstik

Super Firetemp L, M, H, X, and S boards are an inorganic, noncombustible, high-temperature insulation for use in fire protection systems. L and M boards can be used in systems operating up to 1,800° Fahrenheit (982° Celsius). H, X, and S boards can be used in systems operating up to 1,700° Fahrenheit (927° Celsius). Boards are composed primarily of lime, silica, and reinforcing fibers. These products are white; essentially dust-free; contain no asbestos, mercury, or lead; and meet or exceed the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) C 656, Type II. These parts are extremely strong and have exceptional insulation qualities. We machine Super Firetemp boards for:

• Cable Trays
• Pipe Insulation
• Pipe Supports
• Fire Rated Enclosures

• High-Temperature Ovens
• Refractory Backup

Calcast Products

Calcast is a family of calcium silicate materials produced by our partner Calsitherm GmbH in Germany, and Industrial Products International, Inc. is the exclusive distributor/fabricator for Calsitherm in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. These materials are produced in sheet form for shipment. Calcast boards are used as liners in holding furnaces. Our team uses CNC equipment to convert the Calcast sheets into custom shapes for use in aluminum casting processes. These parts include:

• Riser Inserts
• Floats
• Skim Dams
• Spouts
• Transition Plates

Vermiculite

Our high-temperature vermiculite boards are used in lining fireplaces, pellet stoves, and ovens and boilers. Vermiculite is a natural mineral of the three-layer silicate group. The binders used in making boards are purely inorganic, and no fibers or other hazardous materials are added. Vermiculite is a superior choice for domestic heating appliances because it allows heat to remain in the combustion chamber.
